Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Ajo, an extreme desert climate where the nearby river adds just enough moisture to change which pests show up, even as summer temperatures push past 110°F, and Housing here leans heavily on slab construction and manufactured homes designed to withstand extreme summer heat, often near the water. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
