Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Beaver, a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers and winters milder than northern Ohio, given the region's more southern position, and Brick and wood-frame construction from the region's industrial era dominates, alongside newer suburban growth. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
