Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Belle, a humid mountain climate with real seasonal swings, wetter and cooler than much of the surrounding region, and Older wood-frame homes dominate this mountain terrain, many built directly into hollows during the region's coal-mining era. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
