Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Binger's conditions — a humid subtropical-leaning climate transitioning to semi-arid further west, with hot summers, cold winters, and severe spring storm season — create exactly that. A blend of established mid-century neighborhoods and newer construction pushing outward from Oklahoma City. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
