Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Blue Diamond, an extremely hot, dry Mojave Desert climate, with summer highs regularly topping 110°F and almost no humidity, and Fast-built stucco subdivisions on slab foundations define most of the valley, with block walls replacing wood fencing throughout. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
