Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Blue Gap, a high, dry climate with far colder winters than the Phoenix valley and a wide daily temperature range typical of high-desert plateau country, and Housing here is spread across a wide, sparsely populated area and includes traditional homes, manufactured housing, and newer tribal-built developments. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
