Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Bly, a semi-arid climate shaped by the Cascade rain shadow, with hot summers and genuinely cold winters, and Ranch-style homes dominate this dry landscape, built for cold winters rather than the persistent rain seen west of the Cascades. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
