Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Brandywine, a climate shaped by the corridor's position between the Chesapeake Bay and the Piedmont, with genuine seasonal extremes, and Historic brick rowhouses make up much of the older housing stock, alongside newer suburban subdivisions. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
