Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Brave, a four-season climate shaped by the region's river valleys, with real winter cold and consistent summer humidity, and Older brick and wood-frame homes built into steep hillsides, many with stone foundations and full basements from the region's steel-era boom. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
