Bunch's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A mix of historic oil-boom-era homes in Tulsa and newer suburban development, alongside forested hill-country homes further out. Combined with the local climate — a climate more humid than central and western Oklahoma, with more consistent rainfall throughout the year — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
