Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Cement, a climate squarely in Tornado Alley, with real seasonal extremes and frequent severe spring thunderstorms, and A mix of established Oklahoma City-area neighborhoods and newer suburban development, most on slab foundations built for the region's clay soil. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
