Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Chattaroy, a continental climate with genuine seasonal extremes, far drier than western Washington year-round, and Wood-frame homes with basements dominate this dry landscape, built for cold winters rather than the persistent rain seen west of the Cascades. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
