Creedmoor's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A blend of older textile- and tobacco-town homes and newer research-and-tech-driven suburban development. Combined with the local climate — a hot, humid climate for much of the year, with winters mild enough that snow is the exception rather than the rule — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
