Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Crownpoint's conditions — a high-desert plateau climate with cold winters, hot summers, and a large daily temperature swing — create exactly that. Manufactured housing and traditional single-family construction both appear here, spread across a vast, low-density landscape. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
