Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Crum, a climate shaped by steep, forested terrain, with more precipitation and cooler temperatures than nearby valleys, and Housing here is often built into steep hillside terrain, ranging from historic coal-camp homes to more modest recent construction. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
