Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Deep Run's conditions — a climate with real regional variation, hot and humid toward the coast, milder and cooler at higher mountain elevations — create exactly that. A blend of fast-growing Charlotte suburbs, older Blue Ridge mountain construction, and established coastal-plain communities. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
