Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Donie, a hot, humid climate for much of the year, with brief but genuine winter cold snaps, and Slab-on-grade construction dominates here, built over the region's notoriously expansive Blackland Prairie clay. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
