Durant's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. Housing spans older concrete-block homes to newer hurricane-code construction throughout South Florida. Combined with the local climate — a climate defined by heat, humidity, and hurricane risk for a significant part of the year — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
