Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Edwall's conditions — a semi-arid climate with hot, dry summers and cold winters, a sharp contrast to the wet climate west of the Cascades — create exactly that. A mix of established agricultural-town homes and newer suburban growth around Spokane and the Tri-Cities. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
