Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Fanshawe's conditions — a climate shaped by the region's proximity to the Ozark Plateau, wetter and greener than the plains further west — create exactly that. Housing here ranges from early-1900s oil-boom construction in Tulsa to more rural, wooded-lot homes toward the Ozark foothills. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
