Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Gallina, a cool, dry mountain climate with cold winters and mild summers typical of the southern Rockies, and Housing spans centuries-old adobe village homes to newer mountain construction designed for heavy winter snow. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
