Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Grulla's conditions — a climate shaped by limestone Hill Country terrain around Austin and San Antonio, and near-subtropical conditions farther south — create exactly that. Slab construction dominates here, from established Hill Country neighborhoods to newer subdivisions and South Texas ranch-country homes. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
