Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Guthrie's conditions — a climate squarely in Tornado Alley, with real seasonal extremes and frequent severe spring thunderstorms — create exactly that. A mix of established Oklahoma City-area neighborhoods and newer suburban development, most on slab foundations built for the region's clay soil. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
