Honey Brook's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A blend of dense urban rowhome construction and larger suburban single-family homes, nearly all with basements. Combined with the local climate — a humid subtropical-leaning climate with hot, humid summers and cold, if generally milder-than-northern-PA, winters — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
