Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Kayenta, a high-desert plateau climate with cold winters, hot summers, and a large daily temperature swing, drier than the mountain zones but colder than the low desert, and Manufactured housing and traditional single-family construction both appear here, spread across a vast, low-density landscape. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
