Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Levan's conditions — a high-desert climate with real seasonal extremes and low year-round humidity throughout rural Utah — create exactly that. A blend of established rural homes and newer construction, with manufactured housing common in more remote areas. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
