Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Logandale's conditions — a desert climate defined by extreme summer heat and very low humidity, with a short, mild winter — create exactly that. A dense mix of stucco tract homes on concrete slabs, ranging from 1990s-2000s construction to newer builds on the valley's expanding edge. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
