Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Louisville's conditions — a dry, sunny climate with genuine seasonal extremes typical of the high plains at elevation — create exactly that. A blend of established Denver-metro neighborhoods and newer construction pushing outward along the Front Range. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
