Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Meadow's conditions — a dry climate shaped by elevation, from warmer red-rock canyon country to colder farming valleys — create exactly that. Housing spans historic farming-valley homes to newer builds in areas experiencing tourism-driven growth. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
