Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Michie, a humid subtropical climate with hot, muggy summers, mild winters, and high year-round humidity typical of the Mississippi Delta region, and Housing here is a mix of older farmhouses and Memphis-area suburban homes, with crawl-space foundations especially vulnerable to moisture. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
