Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Mount Tabor, a four-season climate with real winter cold and snow, and hot, muggy summers, and Dense multi-family buildings and rowhomes throughout the older cities, alongside single-family postwar suburban homes further out, most with basements. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
