Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Naco, a high-desert climate shaped by elevation as much as latitude — hot but rarely as extreme as Phoenix, with meaningful monsoon rainfall, and Older adobe and masonry construction near the historic core gives way to newer stucco tract homes and manufactured housing further out. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
