In Navajo, a high, dry climate with colder winters than the Rio Grande valley and a wide daily temperature range typical of high-desert plateau country, and Housing here is spread across a wide, low-density area and includes traditional homes, manufactured housing, and tribal-built developments. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
