Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Neapolis's conditions — a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers, cold winters, and moderate snowfall — create exactly that. Newer slab and basement construction alike is common here, reflecting the region's sustained population growth. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
