Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Okarche's conditions — a hot, windy climate with generally short winters and increasingly dry conditions the farther west you go — create exactly that. Slab-on-grade construction dominates here, common throughout central Oklahoma's expansive clay-soil terrain. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
