Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Parker's conditions — a punishing low-desert climate right on the Colorado River, where extreme heat and unusual river-driven humidity combine — create exactly that. A mix of stucco tract homes and manufactured housing, much of it clustered around riverfront or canal-front recreational development. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
