Proctor's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. Slab and crawl-space construction both appear here, common throughout this more humid part of the state. Combined with the local climate — a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers, colder winters than western Oklahoma, and a real spring severe-weather season — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
