Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Provo, a valley climate moderated somewhat by elevation, with cold winters and warm, dry summers typical of the Wasatch Front, and A blend of older established neighborhoods and rapidly expanding new subdivisions along this growing corridor. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
