Quebeck's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A mix of older wood-frame farmhouses on flat Delta-adjacent farmland and Memphis-area suburban construction, many with crawl spaces vulnerable to moisture. Combined with the local climate — a hot, humid climate where high water tables and flat terrain keep moisture-driven pest pressure elevated most of the year — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
