Quinton's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A blend of historic river-town construction, coastal shore homes built for salt air and storms, and rural south Jersey farmhouses. Combined with the local climate — a humid climate with a long summer season and coastal-moderated winters — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
