Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Ravenel, a coastal climate defined by high humidity, mild winters, and heavy rainfall much of the year, and Elevated and pier-foundation construction is common given constant flood risk from surrounding marsh and tidal waterways. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
