Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Royal, a humid subtropical climate with a long, hot growing season and mild winters, shaped by the surrounding pine timberland, and Wood-frame construction dominates here, spread across rural homes bordered by pine timber and more modest in-town housing. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
