Rush Valley's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A mix of older farming-community homes and newer construction drawn by the region's red-rock scenery and outdoor recreation. Combined with the local climate — a climate that swings from Mojave-adjacent desert heat in the south to cold, dry high-desert winters further north — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
