Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Sadler's conditions — a hot, dry-leaning climate compared to the Dallas core, with genuine seasonal extremes — create exactly that. Slab-on-grade homes dominate here, ranging from older Fort Worth-area neighborhoods to newer rural development. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
