Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Salado's conditions — a climate typical of North Texas ranch country, hot for much of the year with brief winter cold — create exactly that. Housing spans established cattle-country towns to newer subdivisions on the region's growing exurban edge. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
