Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Savage, a climate shaped by the corridor's position between the Chesapeake Bay and the Piedmont, with genuine seasonal extremes, and Historic brick rowhouses make up much of the older housing stock, alongside newer suburban subdivisions. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Termite treatment starts with identifying exactly where the colony is accessing the structure, since a targeted approach is far more effective than a blanket treatment. Depending on the property, we recommend either a liquid soil treatment creating a barrier around the foundation, or a bait-station monitoring system that's checked on a schedule.
