Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Seanor's conditions — a humid, gray-winter climate with hot summers and heavier-than-average snowfall for the latitude — create exactly that. A mix of century-old hillside neighborhoods and newer suburban development further from the city core. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
