Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Senatobia's conditions — a climate marked by hot, humid summers and generally mild winters, standard for north-central Mississippi — create exactly that. A blend of older ranch construction and newer suburban development, particularly in the DeSoto County communities near Memphis. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
