Subiaco's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A mix of older homes in established river-valley towns and newer construction pushing into the wooded foothills, with basements more common here than in the flat Delta. Combined with the local climate — a humid climate tempered by Ozark foothill elevation, with warm summers and noticeably cooler winters than the flat Delta to the east — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
