Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Supai, a four-season mountain climate that shares almost nothing with the desert floor below — cold winters, mild summers, and heavy forest cover, and Housing leans toward wood-frame cabins and homes designed for winter weather, spread across forested lots well above 5,000 feet. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
